This nationally accredited CLE advanced activity focuses on the complexities involved with brain injury litigation. The program illustrates the process of these cases through a rational approach to procedural aspects of neurolitigation. Plaintiff and defense counsel will benefit by learning effective methods for screening and litigating these cases successfully. The faculty has published a reference manual specifically compiled to correspond to and expand upon the presentation. This manual will serve as a user-friendly, desktop resource for use after the seminar.
